Very juicy, with a racy underpinning to the layers of raspberry ganache, blackberry and fig compote. Shows plenty of sweet spice, with hints of melted licorice, shiso leaf and tobacco. There’s also latent grip on the rather toasty finish. Drink now through 2023.
