This is really packed for the vintage, with plenty of grip holding the big core of fig sauce, raspberry ganache, black licorice, Turkish coffee and fruitcake at bay for now. Dark and juicy through the fine-grained finish, with terrific buried minerality. Stays fresh and pure, despite its weight. Best from 2009 through 2030. Score: 95.
