Ordering Information

Generally, all orders placed before 5 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Thursday, will ship within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will not be shipped until the following Monday or Tuesday. You will be promptly notified of any unexpected delays in processing and/or shipping.

Orders placed on this website are not final. Your credit card is not charged automatically. A charge is put on your credit card after the product has been packed and the order is deemed complete. Please note that all credit cards are verified - you must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card, you will be informed and the order will not be processed until we hear from you.

Important!

The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. By placing an order through our website, you are representing yourself to us as 21 years old or older. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order.

Customers shipping out of state assume ownership of purchased goods on the premises of the store and assume any tax or duty and any other local legal responsibilities involved in the shipping or importing of wines or liquors.

Restricted States

Please note that some states have laws on the shipment of alcohol that prohibit us from shipping to addresses in those states. We cannot ship alcoholic beverages to: Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah.

Refunds and Returns

Any orders that are returned due to a reason other than the product is the wrong product or the wine is tainted will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. In addition, if returning a bottle that is tainted, the cork must be put back keeping all the contents in the bottle before it is returned to us in order to receive a replacement bottle. Shipping charges will not be refunded if the package is returned because there was not an adult present to sign for the wine
